PORT SOUNDS
Cookie Policy
This page explains how cookies and similar website technologies may be used on the PORT SOUNDS website, what they are used for, and how you can manage them through your browser.
01. About Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website can place on your device when you visit a page. They help websites remember information, keep certain functions working and provide a smoother browsing experience.
PORT SOUNDS may use cookies and similar technologies where they are needed for website functionality, visitor preferences, enquiry features or general website performance.
02. How We Use Cookies

- Improving page performance and usability.
Cookies do not change the terms of any event booking or performance agreement. Information supplied directly through an enquiry is handled separately under our Privacy Policy.

04. Essential Cookies
Some cookies may be necessary for the website to operate properly. They can support functions such as page navigation, basic website settings, enquiry forms and other features requested by the visitor.
These cookies are generally used for the operation of the website and may remain active for the current browsing session or for a limited period of up to 12 months.
Blocking these cookies through your browser may affect certain website functions or prevent some pages from working as intended.
05. Preference Cookies
Preference cookies may remember choices you make while using the website, such as certain display or browsing preferences, where these functions are available.
Preference information is generally retained for no longer than 12 months. You can clear these cookies through your browser at any time.
06. Website Analytics
Where analytics tools are enabled, cookies may be used to provide general information about how visitors use the website. This can help us identify pages that work well, understand general visitor activity and improve the overall website experience.
Analytics information is used for general website improvement and is not intended to replace the information submitted by customers when they make an event enquiry.
Analytics-related cookies may remain on a device for up to 24 months, depending on the particular service and its settings.
07. Third-Party Services
Some website functions may rely on services provided by other companies. Those services may place their own cookies or similar technologies on your device when their features are used.
For example, a service used to display content, support website functions, provide communications or measure general website usage may use its own technical settings and retention periods.
The use of any third-party cookie is subject to the relevant provider’s own terms and privacy information. We do not control the exact technical settings of third-party services.
08. Cookie Duration
